Free lets you experience Genius Networking with an initial unlocked Match. Additional qualifying Matches may appear locked so you can see that the network is finding relevant people for you.
Genius Networking Membership does not use a fixed monthly Match quota. Members receive ongoing unlocked Matches as the community grows and qualifying connections become available.
Every Match can be given a thumbs up or thumbs down. A thumbs up means you're more likely to be introduced to similar people going forward; a thumbs down means less likely. Either way, it only adjusts future weighting: it never permanently blocks someone or removes a Match you've already received.
This feature is separate from personally introducing two of your own connections to each other. See "Introducing Two of Your Connections" for that.
Why can't I see who a locked Match is right away?
Free includes an initial unlocked Match. Additional qualifying Matches can appear locked until you join Genius Networking Membership for the complete experience.
Does a thumbs down block that person from ever matching with me again?
No. A thumbs down just makes you less likely to be introduced to similar people in the future: it doesn't permanently block anyone.
