Every introduction you receive on Genius Networking is prepared with a reason behind it. Nothing is random, and nothing is for sale: introductions are selected based on real information from your profile, not a public feed you scroll through.
Put those together, and an introduction is really a judgment call: does this person's work, reach, and goals line up with yours in a way worth introducing? That's the question behind every match.
It's not a popularity contest, and you can't buy your way into better introductions by being louder or more active on the platform. It's also not a public directory you browse and message on your own: introductions come to you, prepared in advance.
Every member's introductions are prepared the same way, on every membership tier: there's no priority matching and no plan that gets matched earlier or weighted higher. Your tier only changes how many introductions you receive.
Is this based on an algorithm?
We don't think about it that way. It's a matching process built around your profile: who you are, who you serve, and who you want to meet, not a black box, and not something driven by activity or clicks.
Can I control who I'm matched with?
You shape it directly through your onboarding answers and profile: your industries, who you want to meet, and your goals. The more accurate that information is, the better your introductions will be.
Why did I get matched with this specific person?
Because something in their profile lined up with yours: usually a mix of industry, who they serve, and what you're each looking for. It's never a coincidence.
Do more active members get better introductions?
No. Your introductions come from who you are and what you're looking for, not how often you log in or how active you are on the platform.
