No in-app control exists yet. Use the sign-out and Forgot Password workaround.
There's no way to change your password from inside your account settings right now. Sign out and use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen instead. That's the way to set a new password today.
If you've looked through your account settings for a "change password" option and come up empty, you're not missing anything. That control doesn't exist in the app yet.
This is the only way to change your password today, not a last resort. It works whether you remember your current password or not.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, confirm you're entering the exact email address your account was set up with, since the reset link is sent to that address only.

Do I need to remember my old password to use Forgot Password?
No. The reset link lets you set a brand-new password without needing the old one.
Is this workaround temporary or is it broken?
It's not broken. There's simply no in-app password change control yet, so the sign-out and reset flow is the intended way to do it today.
