Lauren is Genius Networking's in-app guide: she answers questions about the platform and about networking, and she'll build a support ticket for you when something isn't working.
You won't hear Lauren's name until you actually start a conversation with her. Genius Networking doesn't introduce her ahead of time. Once you choose Ask a Question or Report a Problem from the Get Support hub, she opens with a warm greeting: "Hi! I'm Lauren. I'm here to help answer your questions and make sure you get the support you need. What can I help you with today?"
If your conversation with Lauren turns into a real issue, she doesn't just hand you off. She collects what's needed to get it fixed:
Once she has those details, Lauren submits the ticket on your behalf. You don't have to fill out a separate form.
Where do I start a conversation with Lauren?
Open the Get Support hub, tap the Help icon or choose "Get Support" from your profile menu, then pick Ask a Question or Report a Problem.
Will Lauren introduce herself before I start talking to her?
No. She's introduced by name and personality only once you actually start a conversation, never before.
Can Lauren help with networking advice, not just technical questions?
Yes. She can help with networking and relationship-building questions, like how to approach a match or follow up after an event, in addition to platform questions.
Does Lauren submit tickets herself, or do I still need to fill something out?
She submits the ticket on your behalf after collecting the page, what happened, what you expected, and how urgent it is.
