Tap the Help icon or choose "Get Support" from your profile menu to open the Get Support hub, where four options cover questions, problem reports, feedback, and the Help Center.
No matter where you are in Genius Networking, help is never more than a couple of taps away. The Get Support hub is the one place that pulls together every way to get assistance, and it's built so you don't have to guess which option is right for your situation.
Either path opens the same hub, which greets you with the question "How can we help you today?" followed by four options.
| Option | Use it when... |
|---|---|
| Ask a Question | You have a general question and want a straight answer. |
| Report a Problem | Something isn't working the way it should. |
| Share Feedback | You have an idea or suggestion, not an issue to fix. |
| Help Center | You'd rather read through articles at your own pace. |
Not sure whether to Ask a Question or Report a Problem? If something is broken or behaving unexpectedly, choose Report a Problem. Lauren will ask what page you were on, what happened, what you expected instead, and how urgent it is, then submit a ticket on your behalf.
What's the difference between Ask a Question and Report a Problem?
Ask a Question is for general questions about how the platform or your networking works. Report a Problem is for when something is actually broken. It starts the same conversation with Lauren, but focused on gathering the details needed for a support ticket.
Do I need to already know what's wrong to report a problem?
No. Lauren will walk you through it by asking what page you were on, what happened, what you expected, and how urgent it is, then she submits the ticket for you.
Can I get help without talking to anyone?
Yes. The Help Center option in the Get Support hub takes you to this Knowledge Center, which you can browse on your own at any time.
