The Leaderboard is a recognition space: a way of celebrating members who show up and contribute, rather than a contest to win. It has two views: This Month and All-Time, so you can see recent activity as well as the bigger picture.
As your points grow, you earn recognition badges: milestone labels like Connector, Community Builder, Introduction Maker, Event Regular, and Community Champion. You're shown your highest current badge rather than every badge you've passed through along the way.
The Leaderboard ranks you within your local community, or hub, not against every member on Genius Networking everywhere. It's meant to reflect the community you actually show up for.
