The Leaderboard is a recognition tool, not a competition, that ranks members within your local community by points earned from real actions like attending events, confirming meetings, and completing your profile.
Impact lets you report a real outcome with a connection, like a confirmed meeting, an introduction, or a new client, and it counts toward recognition points only after that person confirms it happened too.
The recognition badge called Connector and the paid membership plan also called Connector are two separate, unrelated things that just happen to share a name.
